Come work off those extra holiday calories with Amy at YLB! This class will have a hot, sweaty, and powerful flow. Come prepared to burn off that turkey and pumpkin pie! Cost: $20

November 28, 8:30-11:30 AM - Breakfast with Santa at Hudson's Restaurant
Adults $13, Kids (10 & under) $10. Professional pictures will be available to capture the special memory with Santa. November 28, 1-3 PM - Author Nancy Christie at The Learned Owl Book Shop
Come to Hudson for the Holidays on Friday, November 28th, to kick off your holiday shopping. Stop in at The Learned Owl anytime, but keep in mind that author Nancy Christie will be here from 1-3 PM with her book Traveling Left of Center, a collection of short stories about what happens when people face life situations for which they are emotionally or mentally unprepared. Come meet the author and get your copy of the book signed. Ms. Christie will be donating a portion of the sales from her book on that day to the Hudson Food Pantry.

November 28, 2-6 PM - Come to Hudson for the Holidays
Kick off the holiday shopping season with a trip to Hudson on the day after Thanksgiving. More than 85 unique shops, restaurants and places to stay offer every visitor the chance to enjoy holiday shopping at a more relaxed pace! November 29, 1-3 PM - Author Garnett Kilberg Cohen at The Learned Owl Book Shop
Author Garnett Kilberg Cohen, a Hudson native and a Hudson High School graduate, will be visiting The Learned Owl on November 29 to introduce her third book, Swarm to Glory. Kilberg Cohen is a creative writing professor at Columbia College Chicago.

December 5-7 - Holiday Open House at The Antiques Galleries of Hudson
The Antiques Galleries of Hudson will be having their annual Holiday Open House Dec. 5 to Dec. 7. Antiques Galleries is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 to 6, and Sunday 12 to 6. We will also be open several Mondays in December. Hope to see you there.

December 6, 9 AM-3 PM - Santa on the Green at First & Main
A favorite tradition: Join us as Santa officially arrives in Hudson on Saturday, December 6th via a fire engine! Children can enjoy a visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus on the Gazebo Green. Get your line ticket early and enjoy breakfast or lunch at one of our many restaurants. Listen to carols, shop, dine and enjoy the holiday charm that Hudson has to offer. December 7, Noon-5 PM - Hudson's Holiday Walk
Hudson's annual Holiday Walk is a beautiful way to enjoy all that the season brings. In historic downtown Hudson, surrounded by 215 years of tradition, you will enjoy the Live Nativity on the Clocktower Green, courtesy of the First Congregational Church of Hudson. There is music and caroling all over town, thanks to the Hudson Community Chorus, the Western Reserve Community Band, and a chorus of all area Girl Scouts. December 9 - Ribbon cutting ceremony and social at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kathy Reid Realty
We are changing our name, effective December 9th, from Prudential Kathy Reid Realty to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kathy Reid Realty. Judy Norsigian has been an author and editor for each of the nine editions of Our Bodies, Ourselves. She is a co-founder of Our Bodies Ourselves, a nonprofit, public interest organization that develops and promotes evidence-based information on girls' and women's reproductive health and sexuality. Local history author Jane Turzillo returns to the Hudson Library & Historical Society to discuss her newest book, Ohio Train Disasters. Ms. Turzillo will recount fascinating stories and daring rescues of railroad disasters of Ohio's past, including one that occurred in Hudson. December 11-13 - Young Actors Studio presents A Christmas Carol
Just in time for the holidays, students of Young Actors Studio in grades 2-12 are proud to present their production of the classic tale A Christmas Carol. This memorable musical is based on the life of Ebenezer Scrooge who is awakened on Christmas Eve by spirits that reveal his miserable attitude and actions. Once the Spirits show Ebenezer his past, present, and future existence, he must decide how he will live his life. This enjoyable musical will help you feel the spirit of the Holiday Season. Show dates are December 11-13 at 7 PM each evening, with an additional matinee at 2 PM on the 13th. December 12, 5-8 PM - Second Friday Art Hop. Theme: "Illumination Night"
Second Friday Art Hops are a collaborative effort designed to promote the arts in Hudson and support the work of studio artists and galleries. Artist studios and galleries in Hudson have teamed up with local businesses to host a regular monthly event for art lovers in the area. Visitors can tour working studios or art galleries in the downtown Hudson area. Peek inside an artist's studio and see firsthand the work that's being created in Hudson's expanding arts community. The studios and art galleries offer a wide variety of artwork: paintings, jewelry, watercolors, oil paintings, realistic work and abstract art. You can even catch live music around town. Many of the artists offer art classes and workshops and will be happy to tell you about them. Maps are available at participating studios and galleries or download one here.

December 12, 6-10 PM - 10th Anniversary Celebration at FASTFRAME
Join us at FASTFRAME during the Second Friday Art Hop for our 10th Anniversary Celebration. There will be live music, food, beverages, giveaways, and lots of fun! Local history enthusiasts will not want to miss this informative event about Jared Potter Kirtland, a little-known but important icon in the history of Ohio's Western Reserve. Author Thomas M.
