The Hudson Society of Artists is pleased to host its 35th Annual Art On the Green, going strong since 1980. Art lovers will discover not only paintings in varied media, but also collections of jewelry, pottery, woodcarving, glass, weaving, enamel, sculpture, leather, photography, garden decor, and more. The midway will be flanked by more than 150 artists - most from Ohio and surrounding states, but some as far away as Florida. All artwork and crafts are available for purchase. While meandering the green, showgoers can refresh with a variety of menu selections from vendors in the upper-level food court.
Art On The Green is a free rain-or-shine event held on the South Green, at the corners of Routes 303 and 91. For more information, contact Cathy Welner (330 659 0810) or Paul Adams (330 655 7918), or visit hudsonsocietyofartists.com.

And it's more than just a food festival: Taste of Hudson is one of the largest FREE music events in Ohio. This year, more than 60 bands will appear on seven stages located throughout the festival grounds.
In addition, the event features a fine art and crafts fair, an extensive children's area presented by Little Tikes, the Jo-Ann Kids Craft Zone, and a luxury auto show, presented by Katie the CarLady. In all, Taste of Hudson offers more than 100 festival activities and exhibitors in the picturesque city of Hudson, from the Clocktower Green on historic Main Street to the modern, upscale First & Main shopping district.
Taste of Hudson is a two-day lifestyle festival produced by Taste of Hudson, Inc., a non-profit corporation. The event was created by the 2003-2004 class of Leadership Hudson, a program of the Hudson Rotary Club of Hudson Clocktower. The festival is organized by volunteers to promote the Hudson community of restaurants, businesses, artists and entertainers and to provide funding for several charitable organizations.
