She will also have her one-of-a-kind handmade plush toy giraffes for sale.

March 28, 1-3 PM - Author Bill Rapp at The Learned Owl Book Shop
Bill Rapp, thriller and mystery writer, will be at The Learned Owl to introduce his newest title. Tears of Innocence is the story of an American employed by US Army intelligence in post-WWII Berlin whose job it is to examine "German industrial and scientific records" to identify individuals who actively aided the Nazis. Touted as a fast-paced thriller, this is sure to be a hit with fans of this genre. Rapp's earlier books, A Pale Rain and Burning Altars, will also be available to purchase.


April 2015:

April 9, 10 and 11 - Young Actors Studio presents Disney's Alice in Wonderland Jr.
Young Actors Studio students in grades 2-12 cordially invite you on a trip down the rabbit hole to experience the wacky world of Alice in Wonderland Jr. This lively musical is based on the classic tale from Disney, but contains twists and turns that the audience will love. Curious Alice will capture your attention as she meets the White Rabbit, Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, a bubble blowing Caterpillar, and a crazy Cheshire Cat. After celebrating her unbirthday at the Mad Hatter's Tea Party, she meets the Queen of Hearts and has to go on trial for winning a game of Simon Says. Let your imagination soar while you join us for this fun-filled production! Performance dates are April 9th, 10th, and 11th at 7 PM each evening with an additional matinee at 2 PM on the 11th.
